What the material on this site is

This site describes Bambu Hospitality’s direct-booking growth services and shows results from past work. It is published to inform. Our advisory content, case studies, playbooks and the figures in them are indicative: they describe specific properties in specific markets and are not a forecast or a promise about yours. Consulting materials are not binding contracts.

The terms that bind us to a client are the ones in a signed written agreement. That agreement, not this site, governs any engagement.

Assessment requests are not contracts

Requesting a Direct Booking X-Ray starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, fix a price or oblige either of us to anything. What we do with the details you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership of the site’s content

The text, photographs, drawings, logos, layout and code of this site belong to Legal entity name, to be confirmed or those who licensed them to us, and are protected under Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, and international law. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear to describe work we did.

You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, reuse our imagery or case study material in your marketing, copy the design or code, or use our name and marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Using the site properly

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to the site or its servers, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, submit forms with false details or automated traffic, upload anything malicious, scrape it systematically, or use it in breach of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 10175, the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. We log and block abuse.
